Nancy Favaloro, M.S., CRC, CCM, LRC

With more than 30 years of vocational rehabilitation experience, Nancy Favaloro holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, serving as president in 1995-1996 and 1999-2000. In 1987 LARP recognized her as Member of the Year. Nancy is a certified rehabilitation counselor.

Nancy was appointed to the Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Board of Examiners, of which she was secretary from 1990-1994. She is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and received its Special Recognition Award in 1990 and 1997. Nancy has served as a Commissioner on the CRCC, the national certifying body for rehabilitation counselors, and served as the Ethics Chair 2012-2013. Nancy has spoken at the Annual Loyola Longshore Conference,  Louisiana State Bar Association,  Louisiana Association of Self-Insured Employers, GNOBFA and  the Annual Administrative Law Judges Education Conference. She also holds a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

A licensed rehabilitation counselor, Tiffany Burke received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans in December 1990. She has been a certified Disability Management Specialist since 2003, specializing in vocational exploration, labor market research and job placement. Tiffany is a member of both the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA).

Rechell Maddie, M.Ed., CRC, LRC

Rechell Maddie earned her Master of Education in Special Education and Habilitative Services in 1997 from the University of New Orleans, where she also received a B.A. in Psychology. Since then she has worked placing individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries into competitive employment. Rechell has performed vocational rehabilitation evaluations for the Veterans Administration, Louisiana Rehabilitation Services and the Louisiana Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities. She joined Seyler Favaloro in 2000, performing vocational evaluations and providing job placement services through labor market research and vocational counseling. Rechell is a qualified expert witness in state jurisdictions, as well as a member of both the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.

Ronnie J. Ducote II, MHS, CRC, LRC, CLPC

Ronnie Ducote holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Health Sciences Center at Louisiana State University. A Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Seyler Favaloro since 2003, Ronnie previously worked with individuals suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. He is a qualified expert witness in local, state and federal jurisdictions. He is an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). Ronnie is US Coast Guard approved in personal survival techniques, personal transfer and swing rope safety. He also holds a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). He is is Certified Life Care Planner.

Stacie Nunez came to Seyler Favaloro in 2003 after receiving her Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from LSU, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology. Since then she has performed a full range of vocational rehabilitation services with Seyler Favaloro. Stacie is a qualified expert witness in local, state and federal jurisdictions and is a member of both the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). She is a Certified Life Care Planner.

A Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Seyler Favaloro since 2007, Lilly Lauga graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center with a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling. She holds national certification in counseling, providing expertise in the worker’s compensation arena. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Lilly is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Texas Registry of Private Providers of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). She also served as Board Member-at-Large from 2010 until 2012 for the Louisiana Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP-LA). Lilly is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.

Dawn Paradis, LRC, CDMS

Dawn Paradis has more than 18 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1992 from the LSU School of Allied Health Professionals. As a licensed rehabilitation counselor, Dawn provides services in State Worker’s Compensation, Longshore Harbor Workers’ Act, Defense Base Act claims, and the Department of Labor. She is a dedicated member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). Dawn worked with Seyler Favaloro for two years in the 1990s and returned in 2011.

Michael Scullin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge, as well as a Master’s in Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.  Employed with Seyler Favaloro, Ltd. since 2013, Michael has previously assisted individuals with developmental and psychological disabilities to obtain meaningful employment.  He is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and president-elect for its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor.

Sarah Bergeron, MHS, CRC, LRC, CLCP

Sarah received her Master of Health Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences in 2011. She completed a graduate certificate program in forensic vocational rehabilitation through the University of Florida in 2013. Sarah has performed vocational rehabilitation evaluations for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Sarah is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Louisiana Chapter (IARP) and serves as Secretary for its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). Sarah joined Seyler Favaloro in 2015, performing a full range of vocational rehabilitation services. She is Certified Life Care Planner.

Samantha Gable, MHS, CRC, LRC/S

Samantha Gable received her B.S. from Loyola University New Orleans in 2011, with a major in Psychology. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with her Master of Health Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2013. Samantha is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). She joined Seyler Favaloro as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in 2015. Previously Sam identified appropriate accomodations for individuals with disabilities in a university setting.

 

Carla Seyler retired from the industry in December 2016.
