Nancy Favaloro, M.S., CRC, CCM, LRC
With more than 30 years of vocational rehabilitation experience, Nancy Favaloro holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, serving as president in 1995-1996 and 1999-2000. In 1987, LARP recognized her as Member of the Year. Nancy is a certified rehabilitation counselor.
Nancy was appointed to the Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Board of Examiners, of which she was secretary from 1990-1994. She is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and received its Special Recognition Award in 1990 and 1997. Nancy has served as a Commissioner on the CRCC, the national certifying body for rehabilitation counselors, and served as the Ethics Chair 2012-2013. Nancy has spoken at the Annual Loyola Longshore Conference, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Self-Insured Employers, GNOBFA and the Annual Administrative Law Judges Education Conference. She also holds a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Tiffany Burke, LRC, CDMS
A licensed rehabilitation counselor, Tiffany Burke received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans in December 1990. Tiffany has been with Seyler Favlaoro, Ltd. since 1993. She is a certified Disability Management Specialist since 2003, specializing in vocational exploration, labor market research and job placement. Tiffany is a member of both the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA).
Ronnie J. Ducote II, MHS, CRC, LRC, CLCP
Ronnie Ducote holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Health Sciences Center at Louisiana State University. A Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Seyler Favaloro since 2003, Ronnie previously worked with individuals suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. He is a qualified expert witness in local, state and federal jurisdictions. He is an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). Ronnie is US Coast Guard approved in personal survival techniques, personal transfer and swing rope safety. He also holds a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). He is a Certified Life Care Planner.
Stacie A. Nunez, MHS, CRC, LRC, CLCP
Stacie Nunez came to Seyler Favaloro in 2003 after receiving her Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from LSU, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology. Since then she has performed a full range of vocational rehabilitation services with Seyler Favaloro. Stacie is a qualified expert witness in local, state and federal jurisdictions and is a member of both the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). She is a Certified Life Care Planner.
Dawn Paradis, LRC, CDMS
Dawn Paradis has more than 18 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1992 from the LSU School of Allied Health Professionals. As a licensed rehabilitation counselor, Dawn provides services in State Worker’s Compensation, Longshore Harbor Workers’ Act, Defense Base Act claims, and the Department of Labor. She is a dedicated member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). Dawn worked with Seyler Favaloro for two years in the 1990s and returned in 2011.
Rechell Maddie, M.Ed., CRC, LRC
Rechell Maddie earned her Master of Education in Special Education and Habilitative Services in 1997 from the University of New Orleans, where she also received a B.A. in Psychology. Since then she has worked placing individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries into competitive employment. Rechell has performed vocational rehabilitation evaluations for the Veterans Administration, Louisiana Rehabilitation Services and the Louisiana Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities. She joined Seyler Favaloro in 2000, performing vocational evaluations and providing job placement services through labor market research and vocational counseling. Rechell is a qualified expert witness in state jurisdictions, as well as a member of both the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and its Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA). She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
Angeliki Bountovinas, MHS, CRC, CCM, LRC
Angeliki Bountovinas recently joined Seyler Favaloro Ltd. She has more than 25 years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation services. Angeliki holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from LSU Health Sciences Center. She is a qualified expert witness in local, state, and federal jurisdictions. She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and it's Louisiana Chapter (IARP-LA).
Deanne Lamb, MHS, LRC-S
Deanne Lamb holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, a Masters of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a certificate in Addiction Counseling from Troy University. She is an active member of IARP including the Florida and Louisiana Chapters (IARP-FL, IARP-LA), American Spinal Injury association (ASIA), and is an active member of NAADAC – The Association for Addiction Professionals. Deanne previously worked with individuals suffering from mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders for over 10 years. She also continues her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing work related injuries, disabled Veterans, and athletes.
Lauren Tucker, LCSW
Research Associate
Lauren received her MSW from Tulane University in 2011 and has practiced social work and counseling in both community and school settings. She has helped students in schools with transition services in order to obtain meaningful employment. In addition, she has assisted clients with gaining social skills and emotional intelligence for employment and school success. She has been a part of research teams for DeepWater Horizon Oil Spill and mental health effects of Hurricane Katrina. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Louisiana.
